Guest Services

Our Guest Services Team is here to assist all season ticket holders and clients with any needs you might have and to make your game day experience as fun as possible! Our Guest Services booth can be found at every home game and is located in the Goat Locker at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
We would like to thank you for your support of the Chesapeake Bayhawks for the 2017 Season! This season, we are issuing Season Ticket Cards, instead of the usual stacks of tickets.
Every Season Ticket Card is accompanied with an on-line account.
With your account you can:

• Print individual event tickets to distribute them personally
• Transfer tickets to another individual
• Exchange the ticket for another event 

*There is no charge for TicketReturn account owners to check account information, transfer tickets. For assistance with any of these services, feel free to contact us.

Here is a STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE on how to access your Season Ticket Card online account for FIRST TIME users and RETURNING users.
First Time Users
STEP 1: Go to to access Sign In Page
STEP 2: Click on Help Me Find My Account
STEP 3: This will prompt you to enter your Name, City, State or Email address of an Individual Account, enter Corporate Name, State or Email for Corporate account. (select Individual or Corporate at the top).
STEP 4: This screen returns all accounts matching your search criteria. Click the button to the left of the account you wish to access.  New accounts will say ‘no user ID set up’. 
STEP 5: Next, you will be asked “WHAT ARE THE FIRST 6 BARCODE NUMBERS OF ANY TICKET YOU OWN?” Enter your personal numbers.
STEP 6: Your account information will be displayed (this is the default page every time you access your online account).  You must create a new User ID and password, select a security question and enter your answer. 
STEP 7: The next time you log in just click Sign In and then enter the User ID you created in step 6. 
STEP 8: When finished, Sign out of your account.

Returning Users*

Go to to access Sign In Page.
STEP 2: Click on Sign In and enter your User ID and password.

*Returning Users who forget their User ID and Password can select the Help Me Find My Account option.  They will repeat Steps 1-5 of the New User instructions, but will be prompted with their security question instead of entering a barcode number.
