Pro Experience (Chesapeake Bayhawks) Brian was traded to Chesapeake in December of 2011, and brings a strong veteran presence and aggression to the Bayhawks defense. (Philadelphia Barrage) Brian played in Philadelphia from 2004-2008 and won 2 MLL Championships with the Barrage.
(Long Island Lizards)
Brian was drafted 70th overall by the Long Island Lizards in the 2001 inaugural MLL Collegiate Draft and helped the Lizards to 2 MLL Championships. He had 2 stints with Long Island, after spending 5 years in Philadelphia.
College
Brian attended Hofstra University where he was a 4 year standout on defense.
Personal
Brian was born on May 1, 1978 to Anna and Joe Spallina. He graduated from Hofstra University in 2000. In his free time, Brian enjoys mountain biking, teaching at Smith Street Elementery, and traveling with his wife, Gina. |
