Pro Experience
(Chesapeake Bayhawks) Chris was traded to the Bayhawks in 2007, and has remained a Hawk ever since. He has played in 45 games with the Bayhawks recording 19 wins, 722 saves, a G.A.A of 14.67, and a save percentage of .537. (Boston Cannons)
Chris was drafted 15th overall by the Boston Cannons in the 2003 MLL Collegiate Draft. He was named Boston's 2003 Rookie of the Year, and two-time Rookie of the Week. He was named 2005 MLL Goalie of the Year, and three-time Bud Light MVP. In 2006 he was named Defensive Player of the Week (Week 2), and starting goalie for the U.S Men's National Team. Chris played in 30 games in 3 years with the Cannons, recording 20 wins, 8 losses, 525 saves, a G.A.A of 13.43, and a save percentage of .551. Chris played college lacrosse at Penn State University. He was named 2nd team All-ECAC as well as two-time ECAC Defensive Player of the Week. Chris was named captain and team MVP his senior season,led the Nitanny Lions to their first ever NCAA Tournament appereance, and ranks fifth in PSU history with 444 career saves. High School Chris attended St. Marys High School in Annapolis MD, where he was a standout goaltender and considered one of the top goalie prospects in the country. Personal Chris was born on June 18th, 1981 in Annapolis MD. He currently works in sales at Pepco Energy Services, his favorite food is salmon, and his hobbies include golf, boating, and traveling. |
