CHESAPEAKE BAYHAWKS (CB):       What have you been doing in the off-season to prepare for this summer?

PAT MUSTON (PM):    Working out at Fitness 19 in Elkridge, MD.  A lot of Cardio.

CB:       What motivates you to stay in the league and give your all every weekend in the summer?

PM:     Being able to play a game I love at the highest level.

CB:       How did you first get involved in the sport of lacrosse? Who, if anyone, inspired you to start playing?

PM:     I started playing in 5th grade.  My older brother Brad Muston started playing and it got me hooked.  He played at VMI and was a captain.  Without him teaching me the game I don't think I would be where I am at today.

CB:       Outside of lacrosse, what are you passionate about?  

PM:     Tailgating at the Baltimore Ravens Games, and watching the Redwings, who play in the the ONLY "Hockey Town" Detroit, MI.

CB:       What is your favorite weekend activity?

PM:     Going to BBQ's, tailgates, or Sea Isle City with my wife, Jen and my dog, Macky.
