Accessibility
ADA accessible seating is available on the lower level of the stadium and ramps can be found at Section 1 (Blue side) and 32 (Gold side).

Alcoholic Beverage Service
Fans must be 21 or older to purchase/consume alcoholic beverages at the stadium and parking lots. Proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage. The Bayhawks and our vendors reserve the right to check proof of legal drinking age. Fans will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted, which may be reduced without prior notice. All alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the third quarter, but may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of stadium management.

ATM
There is an ATM available near Gate C on the concourse.

Autographs
Players and coaches may sign autographs at the completion of the game. Fans will be allowed to position themselves in the stands behind the player bench located on the Blue Side of the stadium (closest to the Concourse) to collect autographs as the players exit. Fans are not allowed on the field or in any restricted areas or they will be escorted out of the stadium.

Birthdays

Box Office
The Box Office is located outside of Gate H.

Children
All children under the age of 5 have access to the game free of charge.

Code of Conduct
Courteous behavior is expected of all fans. Any fan infringing on another fan's enjoyment of the game is subject to ejection from the stadium. Our staff will intervene when necessary to support an environment where fans can enjoy the lacrosse experience free from the following behaviors: Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures; intoxication or other signs of impairment; inappropriate public behavior; obscene or indecent clothing; any disruption to the progress of the game by a fan's action or unauthorized persons on the playing field. If anyone is interfering in another fan's enjoyment of the game, they are encouraged to contact the nearest Bayhawk staff member, SAFE staff member, or visit our Guest Services area.

Concessions
A variety of concessions are available on the Concourse. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

First Aid
First Aid is located on the Concourse by Section 1. Registered nurses, a doctor, and paramedic units are on duty during each game.

Food & Drink
Outside food and drink is not permitted in the stadium and will be confiscated or must be returned to your vehicle before entering the gate. Exceptions include baby food and formula and closed and sealed food items for individuals with allergies. No glass containers whatsoever.

Gates
For all Chesapeake Bayhawks home games, all gates will open two hours prior to faceoff, or 30 minutes before pre-game event to allow fans to enter the stadium. Gate opening times are subject to change. Patrons may enter via Gate H outside the Box Office, or through Gates C/D if tickets are already in-hand.

General Admission
General admission tickets offer bleacher seating on the Blue Side of the stadium.

Group Outings
The Bayhawks offer special group rates for parties of 20 or more and may feature additional benefits (Fan Tunnel, Player Appearances, Half-Time Perks and more). Call 866-99-HAWKS (42957) for more information.

Guest Services
Guest Services is located on the Concourse in The Goat Locker, across from the Game Day Merchandise Store and elevator atrium. Patrons can pick up game-related items such as Season Ticket Holder Gifts, Fan of the Game Prizes and more. Visit Guest Services for any inquiries, Lost & Found, etc. 

Inclement Weather
In the event that a game is officially postponed due to inclement weather, tickets for that game will be considered rain checks.  Rainout policies vary based on the situation.  A policy will be announced after the game is officially postponed.

Lacrosse Sticks & Balls
Lacrosse sticks are allowed in the stadium, but will be confiscated until the end of the game if used improperly. Lacrosse balls are NOT allowed in tailgate, stands, or anywhere on the premises, with one exception. Caveat: If a parent conceals the lacrosse ball at all times, balls are permitted to come out for POST-GAME AUTOGRAPHS ONLY. Confiscated sticks and balls can be picked up at Guest Services after the game.

Lost Children
Children who cannot find their parents should go to Guest Services or seek help from any Bayhawks staff member in a lime green "STAFF" shirt or polo. Parents looking for their children should also go to Guest Services.

Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is located in Guest Services.

Military Discount
The Bayhawks offer a 20% military discount on all tickets and merchandise for any fans with a military ID.

Noisemakers
Air horns, cowbells and other noisemakers are not permitted in the stadium.

Parking
Parking lots are accessible via Gate 5 off of Taylor Avenue. Game day parking costs $10/car, CASH ONLY. The parking lot will close two hours after the end of the game. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Police
Officers are on duty and roam the stadium during game time. If you need police assistance go to Guest Services or ask any SAFE staff within your section.

Re-Entry Policy
Fans are allowed to leave the stadium and re-enter permitting they are banded with a “re-entry” wristband upon departure from the gates.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the Concourse. Changing tables are available in most men's and women's restrooms.

Smoking Policy
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is a smoke-free facility.

Strollers
Strollers are permitted inside Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. If you take yours with you to your seating area, it must fit under your seats. Large strollers may be left at Guest Services, but are not the responsibility of the Bayhawks.

Tailgate
The Lexus Tailgate Party begins two hours prior to game time and includes a Bud Light Bar, Fiddlestick Field, Rock Wall, Shot-In Inflatable, Cornhole, Vendors and more. Season Ticket Holders may receive complimentary beer at the Bud Light bar after scanning their season ticket card at the gate, and being banded with a yellow "21 & over" wristband at the Bud Light bar after showing a valid ID.

Tickets

Umbrella/Rain Protection Policy
Umbrellas of all shapes and sizes are permitted in Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other fan's view and enjoyment of the game. The Bayhawks reserve the right to restrict the use of, and confiscate, all rain protection devices.

Will Call
All paid and complimentary tickets can now be picked up at the Box Office. A valid photo ID that matches the Will Call name is required to receive tickets. Will Call opens two (2) hours prior to all home games and closes at the end of halftime or an hour after the start of the game.
