Game Day Information and Stadium Policies

ADA (Disabled) Seating:
ADA accessible seating is available on the lower level of the stadium and ramps can be found at Section 1 (Blue side) and 32 (Gold side).

Age Policy:
All children ages 5 and older require a valid game ticket for admission.

Alcohol:
Alcohol is allowed in the parking lots and tailgating areas. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the stadium; however beer is available for purchase at the concession stands. Consumption of alcohol by underage drinkers will not be tolerated.

ATM:
ATM’s are located on the concourse of the stadium.

First Aid:
First aid stations are located behind Section 1.

Gates:
For all Chesapeake Bayhawks home games, all gates will open two hours prior to game time to allow fans to enter the stadium. Gate opening times are subject to change. Patrons may enter via Gate H outside the Box Office, or through Gates C/D if tickets are already in-hand.

Guest Services:
All ticket questions or event-related problems should be addressed at the Bayhawks Guest Services Booth located at the Goat Locker on the concourse.

Game Day Ticket Office:
On game days, the Bayhawks ticket office is located on the North side of the stadium, outside of the 1953 Pavilion. The game day ticket office is open at 3:00 PM through the start of the third quarter of the game. There is no ticket discount after the start of the game.

Lost and Found:
Lost and found is located at the Bayhawks Guest Services Booth in the Goat Locker on the stadium concourse. Please contact the Bayhawks at 866-99-HAWKS (42957) if you lost an item during the game.

Permitted Items:
Purses* smaller than 8” x 11”, blankets, lacrosse sticks, umbrellas, seats cushions, diaper bags*, video cameras and fanny packs. Lacrosse Sticks and balls are allowed in the stadium. However, lacrosse balls are not permitted in the stands and may only be used in the tailgate area.

*All bags will be inspected.

Prohibited Items:
Balls, bottles (glass or plastic), cans, thermoses, coolers, alcoholic beverages, outside food or drink, large bags, folding chairs, chains, illegal substances, laser pointers, clothing containing vulgar language, large strollers, fireworks, aerosol cans, pets, pepper spray, and any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate.

Re-Entry Policy:
Fans are allowed to leave the stadium and re-enter permitting they are banded with a “re-entry” wristband upon departure from the gates.

ReSale of Tickets:
The resale of tickets at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is prohibited.

Restrooms, Concessions and Souvenir Shops:
These facilities are located throughout the concourses at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

Security:
All fans in attendance may be subject to increased security measures when entering the stadium. Please plan to arrive earlier than normal for the game, as enhanced security measures may delay access into the stadium.

Smoking:
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is a smoke-free facility.

Tailgating:
Tailgating is allowed on Navy-Marine Corps Memorial property only. Small gas and charcoal grills are permitted. Kegs, tents, and tables are permitted.
